Evaluation library

In many organisations, a print or digital collection of books, manuals and other documents has been gathered to form an evaluation library that can be jointly accessed.

Decisions to be taken include:

What books should be included?  Should there be multiple copies of key documents?  What are the relative advantages of print and digital copies? What system should be used to keep track of loans?

There is an example of a digital library at the World Food Program
