This applied program is designed around a core of psychological theories and methods, with three concentration areas: Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Evaluation Research, and Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. The core program, taken by all students, focuses on the development of critical thinking and data driven assessment and decision making. It provides students knowledge, experience, skills and abilities needed to apply the theories and methods of psychology to the identification and solution of a variety of complex individual and organizational problems. Graduates of the program have the applied research and data analysis skills to prepare them for a wide-range of careers in business, education, non-profits and healthcare.
