I have been involved in programm planning and management since 2006 as an coordinator of development/democracy promotion projects in the Czech biggest NGO “People in Need” (reporting, budgeting, implementing) and since 2007 as a Head of Eastern European/Russia Department (programm planning, budgeting, fundraising, strategy planning, result-based management). I have worked as an evaluator for The National Agency for European Educational Programs in the Czech Republic (2008-2011), for UNDP, Eurasia Foundation, Czech MFA (2010-2013), where I had the opportunity to use wide range of qualitative and quantitative data analytical techniques. I became an IPDET evaluation-monitoring certificate holder in 2012 and National Evaluation Capacity Development for Country-led M&E Systems certificate holder in 2013.
In addition to that I am experienced in the field of culture management: I was a member of a journalistic group Ruskodnes.cz (2005-2008), Iliteratura.cz (2003-2006) and Gulag.cz (2009-2013) focused on culture, literature and social issues in contemporary Russia. I was an editor of two anthologies, I publish in prominent Czech newspapers (Respekt, Hospodářské noviny, Lidové noviny) reviews, comments and analysis of political and cultural life in Russia.
