Monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) tools and approaches in education is a nine-week online course designed to enhance participants’ MEL knowledge and skills, which are critical for measuring and assessing the status and changes in education systems. Participants will explore the various purposes of MEL and discover its key tools, methods, and approaches. Ultimately, they will design a MEL framework for a selected education policy in their country.
