Jonathan Kuhn Patrick

Jonathan Kuhn-Patrick is Treasurer of the UK Evaluation Society. He is a senior evaluation specialist with over 30 years of experience designing and leading evaluations across fragile states and humanitarian contexts.
Jonathan served as Evaluation Adviser in DFID's Evaluation Department, where he helped establish evaluation approaches for humanitarian and conflict programmes now used across government departments. His evaluation work focuses on designing MEL frameworks for large-scale humanitarian responses and conducting evaluability assessments for complex development portfolios.
His evaluation expertise spans high-risk environments across South Asia, the Middle East and Africa, developing methodologies adapted to conflict-affected contexts. Jonathan brings extensive experience in financial oversight of evaluation budgets and complex organisations to his role as Treasurer, ensuring the Society's resources effectively support the UK's evaluation community.
