The École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) in Canada, in collaboration with the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI), is offering the 12th edition of the Taqyeem program in Tunis, Tunisia from April 20 to May 1, 2026.
Taqyeem is the first Arabic-language training program on monitoring and evaluation (M&E). It combines conceptual foundations with practical tools based on real-world experiences from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Participants will:
- gain a deeper understanding of modern evaluation approaches (quantitative and qualitative)
- develop practical skills for designing comprehensive evaluation plans tailored to Arab contexts
- strengthen leadership in managing high-quality evaluation processes
- learn to translate evaluation results into actionable recommendations that improve public policies
- connect with leading experts, practitioners, and decision-makers in the Arab region
After completing the program, participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate from ENAP.
