The Actor-Based Change (ABC) Framework, published in the American Journal of Evaluation and applied globally, was created to make systems thinking practical and usable for program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
This one-day, in-person workshop is a rare opportunity to learn the framework directly from its co-creators, Andrew Koleros (Principal Researcher, Mathematica) and Mark Oldenbeuving (Founder, Ripple CoLab).
The workshop will:
• Introduce the ABC Framework and core tools
• Provide templates and methods for applying it in real-world contexts
• Create space for participants to test the framework against their own challenges
• Bring together a small, interactive group of practitioners (limited to 20)
