The Office of Independent Evaluation of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Latin America and the Caribbean (CLEAR-LAC) will host a virtual workshop on using tools for diagnosing and strengthening monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems in the Caribbean. This interactive session will introduce practical tools including the Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) and the National Evaluation Capacities Index (INCE). Participants will gain insights on tracking public sector performance, measuring progress toward national development goals, and making data-driven policy decisions that deliver tangible impact. The workshop will also promote collaboration among M&E professionals, governments, academia, civil society, and international organizations across the Caribbean.
