Expanding the Bench® (ETB) works to support evaluators and funders of evaluation to ensure that power is distributed equitably to lead change toward justice. In doing so we reach many audiences, and it’s vital that we create a shared understanding around culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE).

The AEA Evaluation Conference brings together 2,000+ evaluation professionals from multiple disciplines and backgrounds. Evaluators come to this event to learn best practices, discover new techniques, and implement lessons learned from others in the field.

Innovative teaching-learning methodologies are used to explore different dynamics, and through group work, you will explore the key concepts of Theory of Change in Practice. We critically reflect on our assumptions and their effect on influencing change. Applying participatory and other development methodologies, you see your project through a Theory of Change lens.

Dans une formule alliant théorie et pratique, la formation Gestion axée sur les résultats (GAR) de l'École nationale d'administration publique du Québec, vous donne l'occasion de mettre en application les principes et outils de la GAR à travers des cas d'interventions publiques réelles. Vous apprendrez notamment à intégrer la perspective des résultats dans l'ensemble du cycle des interventions publiques : planification, mise en œuvre et suivi, évaluation.

La Budgétisation axée sur les résultats (BAR), aussi appelée dans certaines régions la gestion budgétaire par objectif (GBO) ou budget-programme, est une approche qui s'attache à rapprocher les allocations budgétaires aux résultats escomptés et à la performance.

Cette formation alliant théorie et pratique est conçue dans le but de vous offrir :

• une compréhension approfondie des notions, fondements et enjeux associés à l’approche BAR;
• une maîtrise des instruments et outils essentiels à la réussite d’une telle réforme.
