Critical systems heuristics: A systematic review

This paper argues that critical systems heuristics (CSH) has been an influential approach, but one that is underutilised compared with other methods.

The resource aims to provide clarity about the key concepts of CSH "by reflecting on how they have been addressed in the CSH literature to date".

Comment on Critical systems heuristics: A systematic review

The following comment was provided by Bob Williams.

One of the most powerful and evaluation relevant methods from the systems field is Critical Systems Heuristics. People are always asking for examples on how methods are used.  While many of these examples are not formally 'Evaluations', given the nature of the Heuristics they are deeply evaluative.  A good paper, clearly written.
