Any recommendations for a fabulous speaker on M&E&L in Delhi? I'm giving a training on influencing policy with South Asian Urban Researchers this March. As part of the influencing strategy there is a section on monitoring. I'd love to have someone engaging introduce the concept of monitoring our work, why its important, learning (20 mins). The idea would be to get a few relevant indicators into their work plans and influencing strategies!!! Thanks in advance!
