Soft outcomes. How best to capture them?

Hi

Can anyone offer me practical advice on trying to design a robust questionnaire that would help my organisation capture non-academic / soft outcomes for persons who have attended education and training courses?

I am referring to attributes such as self-esteem, confidence levels, aspirations, job searching activities, language skills all of which are desirable for a person looking to enter or re-enter the labour market after a period of enforced unemployment.

Hi Conor,

Hi Conor,

There are different scales available for self-esteem, confidence levels and language skills online. You can look for Rosenberg scale for self esteem and ASER tool for reading ability.
