Mobenzi Researcher

Mobenzi Researcher is a mobile data collection tool used extensively for the collection of baseline data. It is commonly used for conducting of household surveys, patient interviews and healthcare facility audits. In longitudinal studies, Mobenzi Researcher underpins many of the research activities involved in randomised control trials.


Examples of projects that have used Mobenzi Researcher include:

  • Supporting Community Health Workers with Mobile Technology in the North West Province, South Africa.
  • Supporting the Evaluation of a new TB diagnostic tool XTEND, South Africa.
