El enfoque del Cambio Más Significativo (MSC, por sus siglas en inglés) implica generar y analizar relatos personales de cambio y decidir cuál de estos es el más importante, y por qué.
most significant change
This guide to the Most Significant Change approach was written by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI). It first appeared in the ODI Toolkit, Tools for Knowledge and Learning: A Guide for Development and Humanitarian Organisations. It provides an overview, a detailed description of the process, and an example of the technique in action.
The toolkit is designed to support you in planning and carrying out evaluation using PV with the MSC technique, or PVMSC for short. This is a participatory approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning that amplifies the voices of participants and helps organisations to better understand and improve their programmes.
The Most Significant Change (MSC) approach involves generating and analysing personal accounts of change and deciding which of these accounts is the most significant – and why.
