This edition of Evaluation Matters, from the African Development Bank, provides a range of discussion and case studies covering the key question: Does evaluation matter for gender and gender mainstreaming? It includes a report on the sate of gender of gender equality in Africa; a historical overview of gender in evaluation; and a range of examples from Africa of evaluating gender programmes.
