Communication and knowledge management

Communication and knowledge management includes strategies and practices to capture, store, and share the knowledge and insights gained from M&E activities.

This includes how M&E findings are communicated to users, such as policymakers, program managers, and the public, to inform decision-making and policy development.

Effective communication and knowledge management ensures that the information from M&E processes is disseminated in an understandable and accessible manner, leading to greater transparency, learning, and accountability. This might involve publishing reports, developing databases and repositories, conducting workshops, and using digital platforms to facilitate the exchange of information.
