Coaching can involve supporting an individual during training or development in order for them to reach a specific personal or professional goal, or providing expert and practical help to improve and apply specific skills and knowledge. Coaching can be done one-on-one or in a group.
Advice for USING this option
- Coaching doesn't have to be a standalone activity. It could be conducted as part of a workshop/coaching hybrid, where a workshop is run to help people master the concept, and then coaching provided to help participants apply the concept to their specific projects.
