Ritu Kumar Mishra with Ph.D. in Population studies is a Monitoring and Evaluation expert in Development Sectors with 13 years of experience in India, Afghanistan and Malawi. He has a perfect blend of exposure of working with Government and NGOs. He has wide expertise in developing Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability and Learning system which includes developing Result Framework, M&E plan, developing annual plan with tracking mechanism, developing MEAL instrument to ensure program quality, developing research protocols, web-based computer management information system, setting up baseline and targets etc. He has extensive experience of managing and conducting baseline studies, Operation Research, Impact evaluation, Studies, surveys etc. with excellent command on quantitative and qualitative techniques.
