Objective(s): reward policies/ programs that promote social mobility and reduce inequality of opportunity through the use of systematized information and application of scientific knowledge.

Scope: eligible public policies/ programs must be (i) either be in progress or completed in the last 24 months, (ii) implemented in Brazil.

Objective(s): provide mentees with an opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills, and capacity for a successful evaluation career; formulate an actionable professional development plan with clear steps towards developing those skills; identify and overcome challenges, barriers, fears of developing a career in evaluation; build stronger professional networks towards the advancement of the profession; build linkages with internships and job opportunities in the field; and increase the commitment of evaluation experts who contribute to the evaluation capacity development of YEE.

Objective(s): promote the recognition and the use of high-quality decentralized evaluations.

Scope: awards recognize and celebrate excellent quality decentralized evaluations conducted across three categories: outstanding, innovative, and gender-responsive evaluation.
