Evidence Based Program Design

Objective(s): equip participants with the technical tools to apply a structured and highly practical approach to programme design and implementation, incorporating economic theory and evidence at every stage; help determine mechanisms that can help ensure that development policies and programmes in Pakistan achieve maximum impact.

Scope: structured approach to problem-solving using theory and evidence, theory of change and indicator development, impact programmes and data-driven experimental / non-experimental evaluation methods, data collection processes, sampling design and data collection methods, Smart Policy Design and Implementation (SPDI) framework and how to apply it to real-world problems.
