    ‘Learning by doing’ is one of the principles of Outcome Harvesting (OH) and as such it underpins the highly participatory approach taken by the trainers during this programme.

    This training offers six online sessions of 1-3 hours. In addition, participants will have to complete self-guided study between sessions.

    Participants are required to join all live sessions, which will take place on May 7, 11, 13, 18, 19, and 20 at 10:00 CET.

    The African Development Bank Group’s Development Evaluation Week 2026  (EvalWeek 2026)  will be held from June 15 to 17, under the theme “Catalyzing Impact Across Africa’s Borders.”  The conference will take place in Abidjan and online.

    EvalWeek 2026 will bring together policymakers, development practitioners, evaluators, researchers, and development partners to reflect on lessons from evaluations and explore how evidence can better inform regional integration strategies, cross-border initiatives, and Africa’s development agenda.

    The IPDET On-Site Program is a globally recognised training programme in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), implemented by the University of Bern in Switzerland, in partnership with the Global Evaluation Initiative
