Error on ToR download attempts

Hello all,

I have used the ToR for a few years and haven't had any trouble that I recall. However today I am unable to download. I am on a Mac and have tried both Safari and Chrome. I apologize if this has already been addressed. Thanks for any advice.

Hi Wrgeary,

Hi Wrgeary,

We've identified a quick fix while we look into this issue further. If you click on the TOR you wish to download, click 'edit', and then save the TOR draft again, you will then be download the word version.

Please let me know if you have any further issues, or you can reach out via the contact form at the bottom of the page if you'd like to email me privately.

Best,

Alice

Hi Catherine,

Hi Catherine,

Thanks for your email - I'd like to look into this further as this is an odd error. So that I can pass this information onto our developers, could you tell me if:

- You are able to replicate the error

- Where the error occurred - were you trying to create a new TOR document, access a saved TOR document, or download the document?

Thanks very much,

Alice
