Policy Dialogue Evaluation - Terms of Reference

This document from the the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT, formerly AusAID) is the Terms of Reference for an evaluation of the policy dialogue that takes place between partner countries and itself on policies that improve outcomes for key beneficiaries of programs.
