Looped: Database of social development and humanitarian consulting firms

Looped is a global database of over 150 social development and humanitarian consulting firms, organised by sector (humanitarian, development, or both), areas of specialisation, location, and organisational size.

Each entry includes links to the firm’s website, career page, and LinkedIn profile. Many of these firms offer M&E services and capacity strengthening in M&E.

This resource can help:

• Emerging evaluators:

  • Explore organisations working in areas such as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) or market systems development.
  • Use filters to find firms in your region or those offering the type of work environment you prefer, from small teams to larger global organisations.
  • Access career pages to find job opportunities and internships to gain experience.
  • Build professional connections by following firms on LinkedIn and reaching out to professionals in the field.

• Independent consultants: Identify firms offering associate roles or partnership opportunities.

• Consulting firms: Find collaborators for evaluations or other projects.

• Organisations commissioning evaluations: Identify firms to invite for tenders or other engagements.

Looped is free to use and contribute to. It is community-driven, allowing users to add new firms to the database. Since its launch on 1 October, over 40 additional firms have been added, making it a growing and valuable resource for the M&E community.
