In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, this participatory evaluation handbook was created to highlight the voices and experiences of the people involved in development processes.

The resource uses a multimedia approach, combining illustrations, links to videos and a complementary bibliography to introduce participatory evaluation, highlight the role of facilitators of evaluation processes and provide examples of tools and methods.
