How do you really know if a country's monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is working?
In this online workshop, the Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Latin America and the Caribbean (CLEAR–LAC) and the Caribbean Development Bank share tools for diagnosing and strengthening national M&E systems.
The workshop introduces two key M&E diagnostic tools:
- Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) developed by the Global Evaluation Initiative
- National Evaluation Capacities Index (INCE) developed by the World Food Programme and the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval)
