In this gLOCAL 2024 event, the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI) addresses a topic that begs the attention of global health institutions: How can evaluation better support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for health?
Global health programs are often large and complex, operating in real-world settings rather than controlled research environments. For programs of such scale and magnitude, evaluation needs to be transformative to capture all the evidence necessary to guide and improve decision-making.
But how should this transformation begin? And who needs to take the first step?
