This guide was created through a partnership between the Global Evaluation Institute (GEI), EvalYouth, P2P+, and DEval. The content has been co-developed by Maria Montenegro (Independent Consultant), Anna Wanholz (DEval), Alice Macfarlan (GEI), and Gabriela Rentería Flores (EvalYouth), with early but important input from Mariana Branco (IEG).
