Mind the Network Gaps

This paper by the Overseas Development Institute discusses the nature and history of networks and their relation to the field of international aid and development. It is written to support practitioners, researchers, evaluators and policy-makers interested in taking a more reflective and empirically grounded approach to networks. It brings together findings from a light literature review, information from informal discussions and personal reflections obtained from working on and in networks over a number of years.
