The program is designed for students who have training and experience in substantive disciplines in either education or non-education fields. Proficiency and excellence will be acquired in scientific inquiry, research methodology, program evaluation, psychometry and construction of psychological and educational tests, and statistical analysis of social and behavioral data, especially using computer technology.
