This program aims to contribute to the development of a culture focused on planning, monitoring, and evaluation, which views these processes not just as subsequent steps for defining goals, monitoring schedules and cash flow, and verifying results with the goal of obtaining funding and accountability to funders, but also as appropriate practices for improving decision-making in program and project management, especially in the social sector.
