Book 3: The Engagement Toolkit

This toolkit offers an extensive but not exhaustive list of engagement options that can applied throughout different stages of the evaluation process. This could be involving stakeholders to help define the evaluation program to engaging relevant stakeholders to disseminate evaluation results.

There is advice on choosing the right tool and options are listed in alphabetical order for easy use. Each individual options page gives the description, objectives, outcomes, uses/strengths and special considerations/ weaknesses. It give indications of the resources, time and number of people needed, outlines the options and provides some extra references for those interested in knowing more.
