This paper outlines the findings from the Joint After Action Review conducted to evaluate the response to the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.
Four organisations participated in the review with a goal of improving their joint performance during humanitarian crises.
The review involved the input of Care, World Vision International, Oxfam GB and Catholic Relief Services.
