This evaluation report provides the findings of the capacity-building project to investigate Mongolia's policy and innovation in the sector of ICT and its socio-economic impact.
The project was developed in conjunction with International Development Research Centre as part of the DECI project and used a Utilisation Focused Evaluation as part of the overall evaluation.
